Good food and great company made LaFiesta a fun night!

The fourth graders entertained their families and friends with a dance that is performed in Mexico. The dance is called “Los Machetes”, and is performed with machete knives. Mrs. Francis, deciding that keeping her job was more important than an authentic dance, thought that rhythm sticks would be a better choice than the knives, and the students loved the dance despite the lack of sharp points.
