At the beginning of the year, Mrs. DesLauriers's fifth grade class used the super hero project to get to know each other a bit better and to appreciate the unique characteristics of each student. The students dressed to represent the hero they imagined themselves to be and wrote a paragraph about their special talents - exaggerating their skills to super hero proportions.
